Payment in full is required at the commencement of hire for both hire and Bond. This can be Credit Card, Travellers Cheques, EFTPOS, or Cash.
INSURANCE
Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance is included in our rates. This covers damage to our vehicles and third party property. An excess applies to all hires.
BOND
A Bond is required on each vehicle to cover the excess.This can be in the form of a Credit Card voucher. The Hirer is liable for a maximum of $1500 Incl GST for drivers over 21. A $2000 Incl GST excess applies to drivers under 21. The excess is returned when the vehicle is brought back undamaged.
CONDITIONS
All hires are subject to the terms and conditions on the Rental Agreement.
DRIVERS LICENSE QUALIFICATION
Drivers must have held a full license for a minimum of 2 years and must be presented at the commencement of hire. International licenses are welcome.
DURATION If the length of hires are shortened the rates per day may increase. Minimum one day rental. One day is defined as any 24 hour period.
FUEL Each car is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.
CANCELLATIONS REFUNDS A refund for an early return may only apply if 48 hours notice is given. A fee may apply where a booking is cancelled within 7 days of commencement of hire.
VEHICLE AVAILABILITY
While endeavouring to supply the vehicle quoted at the time of reservation we
reserve the right to substitute with similar vehicle or upgraded model
(at the same cost).
